The New House on York! A beautiful, fun, Gulf access home w/3 King Suites, heated pool & spa

There were a total of 9 of us who stayed at this location on York and it was nothing short of amazing. There were four kids who were obsessed with the pool and wanted to go in as soon as the sun came up. We spent so much time lounging in the living room on the huge comfy couch. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances to cook and bake. The spice cabinet was fully stocked. We enjoyed how big the island was as well. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for celebrating the Fourth of July. There were a ton of floats and vests for the kids. They had the best fluffy towels. So many towels!! Let’s not forget about the table tennis and the basketball nets in the garage. We had a blast and will definitely be coming back. Jackie was an incredible host. 10/10 would reccomend.

This is a great house for large groups. We stayed for 4 nights with a group of 12, three couples and our six kids all 12-14. We were very comfortable and felt very welcomed by Jackie and Doug. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We cooked, and grilled every night and swam in the pool. The huge wrap around couch was perfect for movie night. We rented a 29' foot boat and had no problem parking it at the dock and access to the river was easy and straightforward. We'd recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Cape Coral area. Thank you to Jackie and Doug for being excellent hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jackie's place on York! We have a large family with 4 teenagers and also 3 children under 10, and we stayed comfortably with my inlaws here as well. I was a little concerned with our 2 year old near the pool, but he couldn't open the doors to the outside and the child-safety fence around the pool was great! All the pool toys were a bonus, and the hottub was a hit! The kitchen was wonderful, we ate at home almost every meal. We all had towels, chairs and plenty of beach toys for Sanibel. If we come back to Cape Coral, we'd love to stay again!

We stayed at The New House on York for a girls' getaway from the cold Michigan winter. We had a delightful time. The house was beautiful, well kept, and immaculately clean. It was the perfect place for our group to relax and have some fun together. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. There was also plenty to do, both indoors and outdoors, with lots of fun games to play in the house and garage. The pool was a big hit, as was the hot tub. It was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of fun in the sun. The house is also close to the Cape Coral grocery stores and restaurants, so it’s easy to go out and get what you need without having to worry about being too far away or finding parking. It was nice not having to drive for too long to grab a bite to eat or explore as tourists. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Cape Coral!

Fabulous family vacation in a beautiful home in Cape Coral, FL! Positive: The house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was great! There was plenty of room for our family of 9. We spent hours out on the lanai and in the pool and spa. Very enjoyable week!! Thank you, Jackie! Negative: Everything was pretty perfect, but if we have to mention anything it would be not having direct control over the house temperature and the pool temperature. There were a couple of hiccups, but Jackie was amazing to work with and resolved our issues immediately.
